When addressing the specific field of emergency situations and preparedness, for instance, when facing a fire, there is high degree of uncertainty regarding the actions that people do. To make it possible to elicit such knowledge it is proposed the use of Serious Games as a behavioural elicitation tool, to validate existing knowledge or elicit new behavioural information. This paper depicts the experiments made at LIACC. Using hypothetical scenarios, the user faces emergency situations impelling to take some action. Those scenarios were conceived and validated by experts, using the Delphi method and afterwards implemented using Unity3D. The experiments devised were tested using different user groups: adults in general, children and senior citizens.
